Weekend Assistant/Accompanied Viewer

Role Overview & Responsibilities

An opportunity has arisen for a new member of the team to join a busy independent estate agent in the Eastwood area of Nottingham, as an Accompanied Viewer and weekend office assistant. We are ideally looking for a enthusiastic, self-motivated, and highly organised individual.

As an accompanied viewer you must be honest, reliable and trustworthy as you will be responsible for showing potential buyers/tenants around clients' properties and making sure they are safe and secure before you leave.

You will also be required to cover the office

Achieve sales targets and assist others in achievement of targets

· Conduct viewings in highly professional manner out of the office when required

· Booking valuations and check ins

· Actioning website and Rightmove/Zoopla enquiries

· Dealing with day to day general enquiries from customers both face to face and over the telephone

· Obtaining viewing feedback and providing Vendor/Landlord updates

· The role will include working every Saturday

Part time hours weekdays are available.

Driving to and from viewings (DRIVING LICENSE AND OWN CAR ESSENTIAL

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: £10.50 per hour
