HGV Class 2 Tipper Driver

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are seeking a class 2 Tipper Driver to work on 8 wheeled insulated tippers.

Previous experience on tippers is essential, experience on asphalt is desirable however we may consider candidates with less experience as training will be provided.

Monday to Friday day shifts with the option to do every other weekend, but no pressure to do so.

The work involves collecting dry and coated aggregates from quarries/asphalt plants and delivering to a range of different sites (plants, roadworks, new developments etc.) and so the ideal candidate will have a good geographical knowledge of the Midlands road network and experience driving HGV's.

Weekly pay

Modern vehicles with a specific truck allocated

As comfortable and clean as quarry work can get, drivers are given the work and left to it, so good working conditions for a driver who can use their own initiative.

MPQC card required (previously known as epic card) but can arrange this

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £35,000.00-£43,500.00 per year
