Job Description

The Support Worker will cover the areas of Gorseinon, Loughor, Pontarddulais, Hendy and possibly other areas, very close to these.

The contract will be for 14 hours, but there will be overtime available.

Competitive pay - from £10 to £10.50 per hour. This will raise with qualifications and commitment. Bank Holiday pay rates are higher.

Minimum 1-hour calls – with client matching for continuity.

Contract: 14 hours - Morning, Afternoon, Evening and Weekend shift patterns available

Training - FREE full induction programme where we provide first-class training and support

Pension Scheme

Paid petrol - 35p per mile

Eligibility for Blue Light Card

Essential criteria:

1) THIS ROLE REQUIRES THAT THE APPLICANT RESIDES IN THE UK AND HAS THE RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK. We are not sponsoring VISA applications currently.

2) A full DBS check.

3) A drivers licence and access to a vehicle.
