Production / Packing Operative

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We have an opening at George Barclay – England, a luxurious dog bedding and accessories company based in West Grinstead, Salisbury.

The role will be working within our production and packing department, at our purpose-built facility. Typical tasks will include:

• Preparing and filling inner liners ready for assembly
• Assembling component parts to produce a finished bed
• Packaging of dog beds and accessories
• Replenishment of picking face from bulk stock
• General end of day tidying
• Stock control

The successful candidate should:

• Have a good level of general fitness
• Have an eye for detail to ensure our high standard are maintained
• Be self-motivated, reliable and punctual
• Communicate well with colleagues
• A forklift licence would be an advantage
