Customer Service & Key Accounts Assistant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

• Support and assist the clients during sales campaigns.
• Assist the Country Manager and the Wholesale Manager when support is required, coordinate with the other business functions involved in the task.
• Respecting company and key accounts procedures and their business policy
• Support the concessions business model by using a structured visit plan to ensure that guidelines in store operation & visual merchandising level are correctly executed, this by visiting the stores regularly and interacting with the staff at the department stores.
• Work in close cooperation with the Customer Service Department to ensure that the correct information is exchanged and to ease any problems that may arise to provide a better service to the customers; Keeping the accounting department up to date with files and information.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
