We're looking for a Store Manager to oversee our team of retail associates and ensure that company policies are properly executed. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who has a proven track record of building and managing teams, and is able to work independently while staying in constant communication with both corporate teams and our store associates.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, offer assistance, and process sales.
• Control store inventory and prevent losses.
• Direct store employees including scheduling work and training staff.
• Monitor and improve store KPI's.
• Train and develop the team (sales, supervisors and assistant managers)
• Manage store facilities to ensure security and safety for customers and employees.
• Discuss marketing strategies with supervisors and other managers.
• Work as part of a team.
• Deal with customers diplomatically whenever necessary.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £29,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
