Office Administrator
Job description
Our client are an independent high-end, high performing Estate Agency based in South West London, having been established for a number of years and specialising in residential property sales, lettings an property management.
The Office Administrator will support the Sales & Lettings teams, comprised of 6 Negotiators and 2 Managers, with office-based working hours of Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.
Key Responsibilities
The Office Administrator will support the Sales & Lettings teams, comprised of 6 Negotiators and 2 Managers, with office-based working hours of Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Day to day assistance from the Directors
- Managing the company website and making regular checks
- Sending out the Terms of Conditions to clients
- Launching the properties to market via CRM
- Procurement of sales collateral, such as brochures, magazines, window cards, signage and boards
- Updating property listings, marketing of new properties on property portals and website aggregators such as Rightmove, Zoopla, Onthemarket.com
- Putting together valuation packs and sales memorandums
- Liaising with solicitors regarding land registry checks
- Anti-Money Laundering checks
- Ensuring the office is kept tidy, fully stocked and running smoothly
- 1-2 years' experience in property is highly desirable; strong administration experience in a similar field or other field will also be considered.
- 1 β 2 years administration experience in a similar process driven role is essential
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and prime properties is desirable though not essential.
- Graduates with administration experience and a property related degree will be considered.
- A can-do attitude towards the role, a team player and confidence dealing with internal and external stakeholders is key.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- NFOPP qualified would be advantageous but not essential
