Westerwood Health has an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to join Scotland’s busiest aesthetic and dental clinic!

We are looking for a full time Operations Manager to oversee the smooth running of our site. We are seeking someone who has experience in management and running a business on a day-to-day basis.

The position is to work over 5 days including Saturdays. The ideal candidate will possess the following:

· Relevant experience in a similar role

· Experience managing staff

· The ability to use your initiative

· Be extremely organised

· Quick thinking

· Be motivated to grow the business

· Proficient in Microsoft office

You will be responsible for:

· Payroll

· Staff Rota’s

· Staff recruitment

· Cash handling

· General administrative tasks

· Invoicing

· Generating reports for management

Salary: From £32,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
