We are Looking For Talent To Train:

As a brand leading AutomotiveChemicals business, we are dedicated to nurturing and growing our trainees into Sales Representatives / Product Demonstrators. You will be trained to demonstrate products to Aftermarket Workshops, Vehicle Repair Workshops, refinish, bodyshops and general Garages / Vehicle Repair / M.O.T Stations.

Training You For Success:

We’re searching for individuals with a passion for Cars and the Automotive Industry. You may currently be working in a Garage as a Mechanic or Fast Fit Centre as a Tyre Fitter, you may even be a serious Classic Car nut, Performance CarEnthusiast or perhaps mad about Motorcycle Restoration. Whatever your bias, if you’re hands on and good at communicating, then our client wants to train you thoroughly with their Best In Class training programme. Ideally Located – Wolverhampton, Walsall, Halesowen, Dudley, Stourbridge, Telford, Shrewsbury, Worcester, Newport

Salary – £25K to £30K OTE – Company Car + Bonus + Pension + Benefits + career development + career progression + 5 day week Monday – Friday

The Candidate

• Good technical knowledge – Car Body Work or Repair beneficial but not essential.
• Maybe already have some Sales Experience or have the personality to be able to confidently demonstrate product.
• Have good communication ability and a willingness to hone your skills and learn on the job.
• Have a genuine interest in cars, body work, paint work and the Automotive sector.
• Demonstrate technical products highlighting the features and benefits.
• Demonstrate new lines.
• Build customer loyalty by creating strong relationships.
• Full clean driving licence is essential.
