Role Overview & Responsibilities

Here at Go Inspire Eclipse we have an opportunity for Factory Assistants to join our team based in Kettering on a permanent basis.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for their first role in Printing. Our Factory Assistants are very important to the smooth running of the business, you will be working on an array of duties and you will be responsible for the safe, continuous and efficient running of the Web/Sheet fed department.

Our requirements

• Previous experience of working in a busy warehouse
• Understanding and good practice of hygiene and health & safety
• Flexible and able to cope well with variety
• Ability to work effectively alongside a team in a fast-paced environment.

Please note this role is subject to the below shift pattern:

Week 1 and Week 3

4 days = 48 hours - 6:00am – 18:00pm on the day shift

Week 2 & Week 4

3 nights = 36 hours - 18:00pm – 6:00am on the night shift
