Fibre Delivery Manager

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly experienced Fibre Delivery Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of building and running a direct labour fibre delivery function, as well as a background in CityFibre network experience. Responsibilities: Build and manage a direct labour fibre delivery team from scratch Oversee the construction and delivery of fibre networks in a timely and cost-effective manner Ensure the delivery of high-quality fibre networks that meet customer requirements.

Ensure that all health, safety, and environmental regulations are followed Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulators Provide technical and managerial leadership to the fibre delivery team Ensure the fibre delivery function is run in a commercially viable manner Requirements: Proven experience in fibre delivery, with a focus on CityFibre network experience.

Excellent technical, managerial, and commercial skills Ability to build and manage direct labour teams from scratch Knowledge of fibre network construction, including planning, active layer engineering, and cable deployment Strong understanding of quality, health, safety, and environmental regulations Excellent communication and leadership skills Start date: Immediate start If you are an experienced Fibre Delivery Manager with a background in CityFibre network experience, we would love to hear from you.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £65,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
