Sales Assistant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We have a jewellery sample sale for 1 day on Sunday, 26th February 2023 in Abbots Langley near the Watford area. We are looking for 3 assistants to help us with the following:
1. Checking in the guests based on the RSVP list
2. Assisting guests throughout the sales process
3. Supporting the check out process, which includes billing, wrapping/packing jewellery in boxes/bags etc.
4. Helping set up for the event, including unpacking, displaying/arranging the jewellery on tables
5. Help with packing up at the end of the day

The assistants are expected to dress smartly in black business casuals.

The job is for 10-12 hours for 1 day from 8am-7pm.

One can take a 30 min Lunch Break (12 noon) and two 15 min breaks on the day.

Salary: £10.00-£12.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abbots Langley: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Retail sales: 1 year (required)
• Retail Shop Assistants & Till Operators: 1 year (required)
• customer service: 1 year (required)
