Mobile Cleaning Supervisor - Essex & London

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to support our Operations Director, covering our client sites across London and Essex and occasionally visiting sites in the Midlands.

Responsibilities Include:

• Supervising our cleaning operatives
• Covering sickness and holiday
• Recruitment and interviewing new cleaning operatives
• Engaging with clients
• Stock orders, KPI's and site audits
• Liaising with the Operations Director
• Responding to additional cleaning work and covering staff absence / holiday cover.

You will need to be organised, capable of working under pressure and have excellent communication skills. You must be presentable with previous cleaning supervisory experience. Excellent cleaning skills are imperative.

Company uniform and a company van with fuel allowance will be supplied. You must therefore hold a full clean UK manual driving license.

Salary of £28,000 to £30,000 per year depending on experience, based on 40 hours per week
