Role Summary

As part of our expansion, We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing software and creating innovative solutions that drive business results. The Software Engineer will work on developing and maintaining high-quality software products, using their technical expertise to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Proficient in a variety of programming languages including Java, PHP, HTML and JavaScript. Should have strong understanding of object-oriented design principles, algorithms and data structures.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop web applications using Phyton, JavaScript and other scripting/programming languages
• Maintain Code and Application libraries, instructions and technical documentation.
• Work with end users and programming team to develop complete business requirement specifications and application design specifications

JOB SPECIFICATION

• Demonstrated skill and expert programming knowledge using Phyton, PHP, Java, HTML to develop web based applications
• Demonstrated skill and ability in the development of database application systems specifically related to customer relationship management
• Design, develop, test, and maintain software systems
• Participate in the entire software development life cycle, from requirements gathering to deployment
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex software problems
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development
• Must possess a high level of personal and professional integrity in line with our core values

KPI

• Comfortable with technology and relish new opportunities. Technically competent and knowledgeable.
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
• Strong understanding of Databases like MSSQL, MySql
• Should have good hands on experience in agile Software development methodologies like Agile, Scrum etc.
• Developed presentation layer using Web Form controls, user controls.
• Involved in the design and implementation of the Application.
• Meeting agreed targets for productivity and quality.
• Drive business improvement opportunities within areas of responsibility in pursuit of operational excellence and world class service.
• Deliver into processes improvements programmersto move towards problem prevention as requested.
• Maintain a high standard in personal KPI targets as defined.
