Role Overview & Responsibilities

Immediate vacancy

Person required to join a small highly successful sales team. The job will entail organising the export and importation of our high end equipment all over the world.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipments and custom activities for imports and exports of goods
• Plan and co-ordinate logistics and transportation
• Liaise with factory personnel and external forwarders to organize booking in of incoming and outgoing containers and trailers
• Help with maintaining records and databases

Preferred experience

• communication and multi tasking skills
• The ability to work in a small team with excellent working conditions
• Good written and oral skills in English.
• Proven work experience in a logistics role
• Able to use the Microsoft Office Suite

Normal hours of working are 8.30am - 5pm. Modern offices and good working condition with light lunches supplied Salary £25k pa.
