Event Safety Steward

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Granite Elite Limited is a Facilities Management Company based in Aberdeen who are currently recruiting for Event Safety Stewards due to new and ongoing contracts.

Duties will include

-Providing a professional and friendly welcome to the venue/event

-Liaising with clients, customers and colleagues
-Helping the public with queries
-Responding to incidents within the queues or audience
-Providing a presence to help prevent issues.

Candidate Requirements

-Be able to build a rapport with clients and licensing officers.
-Have excellent communication and customer service skills
-Be able to demonstrate the ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a large team.
-Be able to provide a 5 year checkable work history.

- Be able to get a Disclosure.
