Pharmacist Manager

Role Overview & Responsibilities

A pharmacist manager is required for Henley on Thames end of end of June 3-5 days week . Competitive salary between £35490 to £70980 depends on the number of days , plus high commission, uncapped, on services typically £6,000 to £15,000+ a year (based on the outgoing manager commission in the previous years).

Typical Duties include:

• Preparing and checking medication prescribed to the patient
• Identifying potential interactions between drugs and providing information to the patient
• Ordering stock and ensuring that it is kept in appropriate conditions
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all medication processed through the pharmacy
• Offering advice on dosages, side effects and other aspects of drug interaction
• Delivering community healthcare services such as prescription collection and delivery
• Offering screening programmes for common ailments such as diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol
• Recruiting, hiring and training staff including overseeing Trainee Pharmacists and Pharmacy Assistants
• Working with the pharmaceutical staff to maintain a clean, customer-friendly workplace
• Daily operation of the business
• Serving customers, handling cash and banking
• Any other duties related to the business

Salary: £54,080.00-£70,908.00 per year
