Burrito Bar assistant Manager

We are looking for an experienced individual to join our team as assistant manager

Who we are:
We are a healthy Mexican street food burrito bar style

If you are passionate about food and have previous experience in a fast-paced, casual, high volume restaurant or take away, then we want to hear from you

What you'll do:

• Your role will bee hands on with the day-to-day running of the store including sales forecasting, effective scheduling, competent cost of sales control and maintaining high operational standards
• Play a key role in maintaining standards in food, customer service and hygiene and cleanliness
• Create a great atmosphere and lead from the front
• Assist in maximising the revenue by consistently providing high quality, professional and well organised service
• No problem too big or too small, you are the 'go to' person and we couldn't do it without you
• You will be the first point for contact for your team, leading from the front as you support their performance and development
• Motivating the team to reach targets, deliver goals and achieve our high standards

What you must have:

relevant experience as supervisory role or Manager in a fast-paced, casual, high volume restaurant or take away

• Be able to set priorities, plan, organise, delegate and control
• Have drive, ambition and above all passion for success and delivering exceptional customer service
• Possess the personality to inspire and motivate and develop your team to ensure the accomplishment of goals
• Have the ability to work in a friendly and relaxing demeanour
• Be able to multitask (well), remain calm, collected and get the job done!
• Salary can be discussed based on experience. Hourly rate option available
