Junior Data Analyst (Insight)

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Agility is working with an exciting long established family-owned business based near Liverpool who are looking for a bright candidate to join their insight team. The company are going from strength to strength and are continuously growing. The successful candidate will report directly to the head of insight and will be analysing huge varieties of data that is vital to the business, using LTV and predictive modelling; collating and mining large data sets; customer response forecasting and profitability analysis are but a few of the key aspects to this role.

The role is very ‘hands on’ with the data and you will also work alongside other key members within the business from different departments to strategize the data to improve and utilize customer experience and ultimately company profitability. The successful candidate will be working in a highly analytical role that will develop them into an all-rounded senior analyst.

What we are looking for:

• Desire to learn and succeed
• Relevant Numerical Degree, Maths, Stats, Physics etc (min 2:1)
• Experience using data modelling is desirable e.g. SPSS
• Curious and Proactive
• Attention to detail
• Able to organise and schedule tasks
• Accurate and articulate – able to present complex analysis into both written and verbal reports into clear actionable insight
