Night Auditor/ Night Receptionist

Role Overview & Responsibilities

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an energetic Night Auditor based at H10 London Waterloo Hotel to ensure the smooth running of the hotel at nights. You will work with another colleague plus one security that we have everyday to guarantee that everything is in order in the hotel during the nights.

As a Night Auditor, your key responsibility will be to maintain high standards of service within the Reception department at nights and complete the night auditing procedures with accuracy and attention to detail: Checking prices and backups to make sure everything is correct for next day check out process. Looking after guest assisting with any complaints and handing over to the morning team. You will also deliver guests requests to the room when needed, room service or luggage porter.

You will work on a rota basis 40h/week of work. The hotel will provide you with one meal and pay part of your travel as travel compensation on top of your salary up to £1875 per year.
