Role Overview & Responsibilities

We’re working with a local company who are looking for a Packer to join their small team on a 3-month basis (may be extended).

One of our regular manufacturing clients are going through a particularly busy period of workloads, and as such are looking for an experienced Packer to join their team on an initial 3-month contract (immediate start ideal). As a Packer you will be responsible for producing packed products in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities of a Packer

• Accurately and efficiently pick and pack product to high levels of accuracy (some products have similar product codes)
• Packing orders to the requirement from provided packing lists
• Working to high standards
• Working within a team
• Accurately packing, and cleaning the work area
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment

Requirements of a Packer

• 1 year + experience in production / packing environment
• Basic computer skills.

Details

• Monday – Friday, 39 hours per week
• Day shift (Starting at 7am / 8am / 9am)
• Paid £11.50 per hour
• Paid weekly
• Free onsite parking
• NR6 Location

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months

Salary: £11.50 per hour
