We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organisation, including managing staff, developing and implementing operational strategies, and ensuring the efficient and effective use of resources. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead a team to success.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies.
• Manage daily operations and ensure that all processes are running smoothly.
• Analyse operational data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and manage budgets and financial plans.
• Manage staff and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Develop policies and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of the organization.
• Monitor customer service levels and take corrective action when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £41,917.00-£45,401.00 per year

Education:

• A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• Operations management: 3 years (required)
