Customer Experience and Showroom Coordinator

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for an energetic and outgoing individual to join our team in Cambridge.

You’ll be working with the design team and the marketing department to plan and organize workshops and events and help finding new ways to bring potential new customers in-store to discover our unique and industry leading bespoke jewellery service.

Alongside this, you’ll be part of the team running the day to day operations of the studio and shop. You don’t need to be an expert in jewellery as we have talented jewellery designers who are, but be a practical day to day help with general shop duties such as organizing maintenance, displays, stock management, customers’ interactions…

We are looking for someone that knows Cambridge well and is excited by connecting with, and reaching out to the community. We need someone who shares our values – our passion for ethics, for beautiful design and for exquisite handmade quality. Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: From £11.00 per hour
