Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a member of staff to join our Norwich team. No Evenings or late shifts required. Must be available to work during the week and weekends. Full time 5 days out of 7 pro rota and Part time 2-3 days out of 7 pro rota.

Full time and Part time shifts are available. When applying please state your availability. You will ideally have experience working with in a cafe/tearooms or restaurant. Be a great team player with exceptional customer service skills. Training will be provided, this is a fast pace environment you must deal well under pressure.

The job role

Taking Customers orders at the table

Making and serving hot and cold drinks

Taking out food, clearing and resetting tables

Following instructions given by the manager

Taking payments

Plating and serving cakes and Afternoon Tea

General cleaning duties following the health and hygiene regulations

Training will be given strong menu knowledge and customer service is key.
