Role Overview & Responsibilities
A global (re)insurance Lloydβs broker is recruiting for a Senior FP&A Analyst for its London operation.
You will support the Senior Leadership team in the UK reporting into UK Group CFO and act as a key member of the finance team. This role will be responsible for commercial and financial analysis for the Group and you will be an expert in data manipulation and the identification of insights and trends, seamlessly blending financial and non-financial data to help inform critical business decisions and improve organisational performance.
Suitable applicants will be qualified accountants with at least 5+ years in a similar role for an insurance business, have the ability to summarise large amounts of information into succinct PowerPoint presentations, possess superior analytical abilities and capable of solving complex problems, have an inquisitive attitude, seeking to obtain a deep understanding of the business while balancing the bigger picture, be highly motivated, reliable and able to work independently and must be highly proficient in Excel with the ability to understand financial models. Experience with PowerBI / data visualisation is preferred.
