Painter & Decorator and Plasterer

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Experienced Painter & Decorator to work within our commercial and residential team.

Also requiring an experienced Plasterer.

Locations include Central and Greater London; plus Counties bordering M25.

MUST HOLD VALID CSCS CARD, ACTIVE UTR FOR CIS DEDUCTIONS.

Full-Time Self Employed

Essential knowledge and thoroughness:

• Maintaining safe work procedures by erecting ladders and safety barriers according to prescribed protocols.
• Managing site documentation, dayworker sheets, logs and forms.
• Good verbal & written Communication
• Maintain Professional conduct at all times

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Painter & Decorator - £150+ a day. Plasterer - £180 a day

Hours: 7:30am-4:30pm or 8:00am-5:00pm

Must be prepared for occasional weekend work and or out of hours/evening work.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £150.00 per day

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Plastering: 5 years (required)
• painting & decorating: 5 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• CSCS card (required)
