Experience in working in a busy restaurant and bar is a must. Working hours will include days, evenings and weekends. Zero hour contract with a review on completion of probationary period.

The ideal person will love great food and drink and be passionate about service. You will be calm under pressure and get a real buzz from giving exceptional service.
