Role Overview & Responsibilities
Location:Netherwood House, Netherwood Road, Rotherwas Industrial Estate, Hereford, Herefordshire, HR2 6JU
Working Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, with 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (Additional working hours may be required)
Main duties & responsibilities
The Stores/Driver position is a key role within the Hereford branch. Joining our busy team, you will be responsible for managing stock, order picking, goods in and out.
The role will also require you to cover driversβ leave and absence, delivering orders to our customers.
Key responsibilities may include:
Picking stock and packing deliveries.
Loading/unloading goods from the van.
Stock Taking.
Deliveries/collections.
Checking picked orders.
Maintaining and cleaning vans.
General Warehouse House Keeping.
Knowledge & Skills requirements
The ideal candidate will have following key skills:
Driving licence is essential.
Being computer literate would be an advantage, however not essential.
Basic literacy and numeracy skills
FLT licence is desirable, however not essential
Good manual handling technique and dexterity
Be able to identify and pick products accurately
