Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Bathroom Showroom Sales Advisor. There is an excellent salary on offer based on skills and experience and benefits including staff discount, free parking and a pension along with superb career prospects.

About the role:
Working in our showroom in Hazel Grove, Stockport you will be providing a high end service to help customers in the design and sale of bathrooms.

Duties will include:
Greeting customers who enter the showroom
Assisting shoppers to find the right products they are looking for.
Achieving and exceeding targets by up-selling and cross selling suitable product ranges and designs.
Creating suitable bathroom designs to present to customers.
Liaising with UK bathroom distribution companies.
Liaising with bathroom fitters to ensure the customer has everything they need.
Dealing with customer queries and giving suitable advice and guidance on product selection.
Sales order processing.
Processing cash and card payments.
Maintaining showroom and display appearance.

Skills and experience required:
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar high end bathroom sales role, used to dealing with the design and sale of top quality bathrooms. A comprehensive knowledge of bathroom equipment and tiles is essential as is a knowledge of bathroom manufacturers and distributors. You must be professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport. A flexible can-do attitude is also essential. You will be comfortable working with Word, Excel and email. Experience using Virtual Worlds is helpful but not essential. The role involves weekend work on a rota basis.
