Role Overview & Responsibilities

The Heights Hotel & The View Cafe are looking for team members who are confident, fast-thinking, reliable and friendly. You will be working in a busy and fast-paced environment, so you will need to be able to use your initiative, remain calm under pressure and the ability to work well within a team is essential!

You will be expected to deliver outstanding customer service at all times, take customer's orders, process payments, serving food & drinks orders and providing our customers with a memorable experience.

Experience is preferred, but full training will be given. We are on the look out for a friendly individual who can give fantastic customer service and who is willing to develop new skills.

This is a casual, seasonal position, rate of pay may vary depending on age. Please contact us for details.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24-40 per week

Salary: £7.50-£10.42 per hour
