Social Media Manager

Role Overview & Responsibilities

• Developing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
• Analyzing the long-term needs of the company’s social media strategy and offering Weekly and monthly reports to the Director and executive teams, outlining any necessary changes to the overall marketing plan.
• Responsible for creating captivating content for an organization’s social media sites, including writing blogs, articles, posts, and multimedia content.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies
• Developing monthly reports on emerging social media trends that will be submitted to the Director and executive teams
• Developing and overseeing competitions and campaigns to draw attention to a brand.
• Setting measurable goals for campaigns, measuring and showing the Return on Investment (ROI)
• Monitoring and responding to customer feedback, comments, and social media posts.
• Responsible for arranging the photographer and the photo sheet of the brand.
• Responsible for all the social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Linked Inn, Pinterest, and Youtube.
• Liaising with other departments and creatives to create a holistic and effective online marketing strategy.

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £30,000.00 per year

Education:

• Bachelor's (preferred)

• Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
