Role Overview & Responsibilities

About The Role

We are looking to appoint an Administrator to work at our Copperclay Mews service in Easingwold. The Administrator has overall responsibility for the administrative function of the establishment. The role carries with it significant autonomy and therefore the ability to problem solve and make effective decisions is important.

Quality assurance is a central part of the job and includes administrative procedures that impact on the service as a whole, in addition to the efficient running of the office. The role requires solid administrative expertise and there will be a heavy reliance on excellent interpersonal skills.
This position will be for 1 day per week 7.5 hours.

About You

You will be a confident individual who is a team player with strong administrative, IT skills. Experience with Microsoft Word, Email & Excel is preferred. You will have exceptional organisational skills which allow you to manage your work load efficiently and provide a reliable and competent service. Confidentiality will prove important as well as a proactive and professional approach to all tasks.

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in an office environment, with the ability to organise multiple tasks using your own initiative, whilst managing a range of information.
