We are looking for dynamic individuals who really do care and want to make a difference to people’s lives. Your role will include both physical and emotional support to our residents and your standards will be of the highest calibre and a “can do” attitude is essential.

Experience is not always necessary, but genuine care and compassion is an absolute must. Opportunities to progress and take further qualifications are available after a successful probationary period. Come and join us and be part of a journey of our Home. Full training and a comprehensive induction for this role will be given. DBS, Uniform, are all paid by Hill Care.

This role will cover day shifts

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 11 per week

Salary: £9.50 per hour

• 12 hour shift
• Day shift
• Holidays
• Night shift
• Overtime
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Middlesbrough, TS4 2PE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
