The Standard Bits

• Prepare dishes from our menu and based on custom orders
• Control inventory management (Keeping produce fresh)
• Lead by example to provide excellent customer service
• Ensuring hygiene around the store
• Good communication skills
• Good team skills
• Understanding of food hygiene
• Positive and open attitude
• Able to multi-task under pressure
• Willing to learn attitude
• Dealing with food delivery platforms
• Food experience is essential
• Must have the right to work in the UK

• To work with the Kitchen Manager to ensure new menus are implemented as appropriate to the business needs
• To create conditions that help team members to thrive at work allowing them to be their authentic selves
• To work with the leadership team to develop a workplace culture that recognises and rewards good work

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
