Role Overview & Responsibilities

At Hillside we are proud of who we are and what we do. We have a good reputation locally and want to do the best for residents who live at the home. We are a friendly, supportive team and have not used any agency staff for ages.

We currently have two vacancies for Carers / Senior Carers to join the team (the roles are Days).

If you're also hard working, reliable and a team player then we'd love to hear from you!

We'd prefer you to already have had experience in the field. However, more important than experience is your general approach, your personality and work ethic as we are happy to provide all of the appropriate training. If you don't have experience then please explain why you wish to move into caring for older people.

You must have excellent English skills and the role will be dependent upon a DBS check.

The current salary is £11.00 (Carer) or £12.00 (Senior Carer) plus contributory pension. We've also recently purchased a team caravan at Tenby that the team have complimentary access to.
