Role Overview & Responsibilities
This is an exciting opportunity to join us in Bournemouth as an Assistant Bars Manager within Hilton Bournemouth.
The Hilton Bournemouth a modern, stylish hotel boasting 177 designer bedrooms, the popular SkyBar, Tonic Social & destination restaurant - Schpoons and Forx), Eforea Spa and attractive Leisure facilities ideally located right in the centre of Bournemouth.
Responsible for effectively managing all the activities within the bar, under the supervision on the Bars Outlets Manager, by making sure that the F&B operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining its reputation and core values alive.
The Assistant Bars Manager will also be responsible for overseeing the Bars Outlets Managers responsibilities whilst they are on Holiday. As well as ensuring that the Company Brand Standards are effectively communicated, always implemented and adhered to.
The Job title & Salary offer will vary be dependant on experience. This is a great opportunity for a current bars assistant manager or equally bars supervisor/team leader looking to develop. This role includes contracted hours.
