Trainee Machine Operatives

Role Overview & Responsibilities

The ideal candidate would have some experience in a similar environment that includes automated machine operation and product quality inspection, but this is not essential as full training will be given. For the right candidates there is a true path of progression to become a fully trained machine operative. These roles can be working at pace whilst ensuring accuracy and high standards are met.

- Starting wage of £12.00 - £13.50 per hour overtime paid at 1.5 of basic rate per hour and x2 on Sundays

For the right candidates there may be an opportunity to undertake an in-house FLT license.

Based in Rainham it is important that you can get to the site independently as local transport links do not support shift work hours.
