Assistant Warehouse Manager

Role Overview & Responsibilities

The successful Assistant Warehouse Manager will live within a commuting distance of the store in Croydon, London, and be able to demonstrate the following experience:

·Have previously held a warehouse management position with experience with accountability for performance.

·Ensuring the warehouse operation runs smoothly, accurately and cost-effectively

·Planning daily workload and ensuring customer order satisfaction

·Produce daily and weekly plans to achieve targets and monitor performance against standards

·Performing stock counts and ensuring the accuracy of stock records through proper
control of stock movements

·Direct experience in operation within a fast-paced logistics environment with high levels of inbound/outbound activity

·Understanding of production, despatch, and warehouse processes

·Thorough understanding of health and safety processes within the warehouse environment

·Strong communication, influencing skills, and problem-solving skills

·Excellent people management and coaching skills

·Flexible and adaptable to changing demands, whilst bringing new ideas to the table.

·Computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite

Language : Turkish or Bulgarian (preffered)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £27,000.00 per year

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Croydon, CR0 4XH: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
