Hourly Pay
Monday to Friday 8am – 9am premium rate
£15
Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm basic rate
£13
All Evenings (after 6pm) premium rate
£17
Weekends 8am – 6pm premium rate
£15

PLEASE NOTE:
Shifts are either 4 or 8 hours
Paid mileage between clients at 45p per mile
Paid travel time between client visits at £9.50 (increasing to £10.42 1st April 2023)
Paid training at £9.50 (increasing to £10.42 1st April 2023)
We offer a £200 bonus if you complete your Care Certificate within three months

About the role
We are hiring in the Ascot, Bracknell, Camberley, Wokingham and the surrounding areas. You must be available 5 out of 7 days every week and able to work the AM or PM shifts plus alternate weekends. You will receive your rota 2 weeks in advance You must beover 18 with your own car, have good English skills and a kind, reliable nature. Experience in any care setting would be beneficial but is not essential as full training, mentoring and support will be provided.

Our clients calls are a minimum of one-hour, ensuring the call isn’t rushed and is enjoyable for both you and the client. You will always be introduced to your client and/or shadow another worker until you are comfortable and confident to work alone. There is 24/7 out-of-hours support from the Care Management team.
