Role Overview & Responsibilities

Hook2Sisters is a family owned business with its head office located on the P.D. Hook hatchery site at Cote in Oxfordshire. It has grown to become the largest independent broiler company in the UK and a major player in the UK poultry market.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Farm Worker to join our business.

Requirements of Farm Worker

• Supporting the farm team in the day to day running of the farm to produce Turkey to the highest standards
• Managing the farm while the Farm Manager is on holiday or rest day.
• Conducting night checks and alarm cover while the Farm Manager is on holiday or rest day.
• Ensuring all aspects of running the farm are met while ensuring you and the team maintain safe working practices
• Ensuring the welfare of the birds is maintained at all times
• Ensuring ventilation, feed, vaccinations and conditions are kept at optimum levels you will also be required to maintain accurate records
• Having a good attitude and being reliable
