Client Account Manager - Scotland

Role Overview & Responsibilities

After recent significant contract wins HOPS Labour Solutions is seeking an Account Manager to join our team within the Agricultural and Horticultural recruitment industry. This is a key role covering Scotland (predominantly East Scotland, based from home or in a shared office in Arbroath, with further travel throughout Scotland and occasionaly trips across the UK when required. Overseas travel is a possibility in the future to source countries.

The role will include:

• Overseeing the day-to-day delivery of our services to multiple client farmers and growers in tScotland
• Liaising with client employers to ensure their labour requirements are planned and delivered
• Working in partnership with client employers to deliver a high level of worker experience
• Undertake planned site visits to assess employer suitability
• Undertake and support farm audits, worker surveys and interviews
• Conducting welfare checks with workers
• Contributing to the achievement of high client, employer and worker, service levels
• Ensuring order admin on softwares is kept up to date and accurate

Requirements:

• Right to work in the UK
• Excellent communication skills English – verbal and written
• Russian Language or Romanian language would be desirable
• Full driving license + to car
• Experience of managing client relationships
• An entrepreneurial and growth mindset
• Experience and knowledge of seasonal labour in the Agriculture and Horticulture industries – desirable
• Experience of recruitment – desirable
