Golf Store Retail Assistant Manager

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are currently accepting applications for the position of Assistant Manager at our flagship golf store based at Cheshire Oaks. The ideal candidate should be a high energy, sales focused individual capable of working in a busy store dealing with customer enquiries in a courteous and professional manner.

This role requires an individual that is quick to learn, able to drive revenue and to ensure that all opportunities are maximised to sell golf products in this fast paced environment. As Assistant Manager, the role would suit someone who is highly organized, self-motivated and ambitious who and can help oversee operations on a day to day basis whilst improving the level of service provided to our customers.

Both exceptional customer service and communication skills are essential for this role, and the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a proven track record in delivering this. They will also possess a hunger to produce a high quality of work in a retail environment meeting customers needs and have a passion for visual merchandising within the store.

A thorough knowledge of golf or golf products is essential preferably with qualifications in this field.
