Role Overview & Responsibilities

We have a unique role available for an aspiring, driven and committed plumbing and heating engineer. The right person will work alongside a fully established and growing building team to help steer the company to new levels and be rewarded with a competitive salary and bonuses. The right candidate will assist with the growth of the mechanical division.

We are a family run business, operating for 40 years and are excited to be looking for a qualified, hungry and experienced Plumbing and Heating Engineer to join our established team to work on various contracts in Essex and surrounding areas.

About the Role

• First and second fix plumbing

• Installation of heating systems

• Plumbing and heating fault finding

• Bathroom installations

• Must be confident and able to work on their own and with others

• Skilled in both commercial and domestic work

• Opportunity to work in a varied role

• Must be prepared to travel throughout Essex with furthest sites around 1.5 hours from Chelmsford - Fuel will be reimbursed.

Key Requirements

• Hungry, driven individual

• Take ownership for Health & Safety and Environment responsibility

• Confident communicator

• Honest approach

• Own van and tools

• CSCS card

• Gas experience advantageous

• Chelmsford, Essex: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

• Plumbing: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• CSCS (preferred)
• Driving Licence (preferred)
• City & Guilds (preferred)
