Role Overview & Responsibilities

Are you passionate and dedicated about working with people?Would you be keen to support us with the general administrative tasks associated with the recruitment, on-boarding and general HR administration for our group of ten nurseries. You’ll be working alongside our Recruitment & HR Co-ordinator as part of our fabulous Head Office Team.

Our Head Office in Harefield (Uxbridge) is set within the heart of a vibrant village which is easily accessible via A40/M25. Our split level office hosts our Recruitment & HR, Marketing, Operations, Finance & Payroll, Business Services and Directors. You’ll have access to free parking and lots of local amenities.



Experience / Qualifications - What you will bring to the role:

  • Previous experience in a busy administrative role
  • Ability to manage a diverse workload
  • Good organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Great communication and relationship building skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative
  • Good IT skills, inc Microsoft packages

Main duties:

Working under the direction of line managers to assist with:

  • The posting of vacancies onto job boards, filtering applications, arranging interviews.
  • Generating offer letters and employee contracts, contract amendment letters etc..
  • On-boarding of new staff – taking up references, qualification checking, Right to Work checks, DBS processing.
  • Administration relating to monthly pay role changes, issue of letters and contract changes.
  • Providing support for internal HR system, updating details, scanning on documents, making changes to pay, status, job role etc. Point of contact for staff for re-setting account passwords.
  • Supporting with employee meetings, taking meeting minutes, collating reports and related administration

  • Any other reasonable duties as directed to support the business needs


Key Information:

  • Standard working hours are 8.30am – 5.00pm (37.5 hrs per week) Monday to Friday
