Retail and Warehouse Assistant (Full-Time)

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as a Retail Assistant and Warehouse Assistant. As a Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the flow of products in and out of our warehouse.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them with their purchases
• Process transactions using our POS system
• Keep the store clean and organized
• Maintain stock levels in the shop
• Assist with pricing and labelling stock
• Pack and ship orders to customers
• Receive and process incoming stock
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized
• Maintain accurate stock records

Qualifications:

• GCSEs in Maths and English are preferred
• Prior retail and/or warehouse experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Flexible

Salary: £10.80-£12.80 per hour
