We cater for all building Services ranging from small insurance claims jobs through to Loft conversions, Garage converions, New Builds, Extensions, Patio and more in Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. www.hyattandcobuildingservices.com

ADHOC / ongoing work for the right candidate

Key Responsibilities:

- To carry out general building work / Multitrader All-rounder

- Garage Conversions

- Loft Conversions

- Extensions

- New Builds

- Wall Alterations

- Structrural

Knowledge & Experience:

- Preferred Knowledge and experience in Extensions and Loft Conversions

Requirements:

- Must have a van and there own tools.

- Ability to work on own initiative

- Be able to organise materials, tools and equipment required to complete the job in a timely manner

- To report any follow on or related work identified with the customer where these cannot be completed during the visit or works

- Communication is a must

The right applicant will be taken on as a subcontractor/ Adhoc basis. Pay dependent on experience.

Salary: £200.00-£250.00 per day

• Builder: 7 years (required)
• Extensions: 7 years (required)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (required)
