Hyatt & Co Building Services is your complete Building and Property. We cater for all building Services ranging from small insurance claims jobs through to Loft conversions, Garage converions, New Builds, Extensions, Patio and more in Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. www.hyattandcobuildingservices.com

Due to our increasing workload with Loft Conversions, Extensions and Garage conversions, we are looking for Experienced Labourers and also Gangs to join our team. Mostly local projects and the occasional surrounding areas

Pay dependant experience and Ongoing work for the right candidates

Key Responsibilities:

- All aspects of residential building work

- All Groundworks and foundations

- Bricklaying

- Joinery and Carpentry

- Garage Conversions

- Loft Conversions

- Extensions

- New Builds

Knowledge & Experience:

- Preferred Knowledge and experience in Extensions and Loft Conversions

Requirements:

- Reliable and willingess to learn

- Hard working

- Must have transport to get to work

- Must have there own tools.

The right applicant will be taken on as a subcontractor/ Adhoc basis. Pay dependent on experience.

Salary: £120.00-£220.00 per day

• Loft Conversions: 7 years (required)
• Extensions: 7 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• CSCS (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (required)
