Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a part time receptionist to join our team, at Ifield Medical Practice.

Role 1 total 25 hours Working Monday to Friday hours will be;

Monday - 8.15 to 13.15pm

Tuesday - 8.15 to 13.15pm

Wednesday - 1.30 to 6.30pm

Thursday and Friday - 1.30 to 6.30pm

With Saturdays in rotation

The receptionist role involves dealing with patients, either face to face or on the telephone, booking appointments, dealing with medication requests, and various other aspects in delivering patients care.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

Salary: £10.42 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
All patients are still wearing face coverings when entering the practice, and staff wear face coverings when moving around the practice.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Crawley, RH11 0BF: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
