Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking to welcome co-workers to join our fantastic Customer Services team.



Expected start date 1st July 2023

WHAT WE OFFER
  • £11.45 basic hourly rate

CONTRACTS

We have 3 contracts available one of which is based at our external warehouse a few mins from our main store at: 3rd Avenue, Denbigh West MK1 1DH

24 hours working 4/5 days out of 7 and every 4th weekend off
30hrs per week working 5 days over 7 with every 4th weekend off

Availability to work dayshifts along with evenings and weekends are required for these roles. Flexibility on availability to be discussed during interviews.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
We are looking for co-workers who strives to give an amazing customer shopping experience; co-workers that always put the customer at the heart of everything they do and inspire others to do the same. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

  • You aim to create a positive experience for our customers, so they will want to return and shop with us again over time.
  • Build loyalty by listening to our customers & using your knowledge of IKEA product range offer informed solutions.
  • You work together with colleagues in other functions to improve the customer experience.
. Mainly working in our returns department and also supporting other parts of the operation ie: click and collect.
