Main Duties:

• Deliver a consistent service as per the company standards
• Ensure the organization of table settings and maintain tables dirt-free and tidy
• Able to anticipate customer needs and take action promptly and efficiently
• Conduct theoretical and on-the-job trainings

Skills and Qualifications required:

• 2+ years’ experience working in a similar role
• Must possess a friendly and upbeat attitude
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills
• Additional languages are an advantage. Italian particularly
• Excellent F&B standard and product knowledge

• Advanced POS system knowledge. Micros knowledge is a plus
